After that open the tortilla press and with care separate the plastic or wax paper from the top of the dough. Next place your hand underneath the tortilla dough and flip it into your other hand. Separate the plastic or wax paper from the dough. Continue pressing inch and a half sized dough balls into tortillas until you finally run out of them.
